Established Advertising Website for Rent, We currently have two websites. One is well established and the other is newer; both are successful and well known in Northamptonshire.There are two sources of revenue from each website; advertising, and a Members Club that runs parallel to the websites.Our concept is very unique – there is no one else doing it. The advertising package is a very sellable product, averaging one sale per 4 face to face meetings with local business owners. There are thousands of businesses to be approached.We are now seeking to expand the concept to other locations and are offering the opportunity to the right person, the chance to take on the current locations and run it as your own business.Times as we know are not easy and many will struggle to find a lump sum to take on a franchise. We are therefore offering the following package:• You will rent the business for a fixed sum payable either weekly or monthly. If you sell 5 advertising packages or 50, this fee will not change. You will need to sell just 3 adverts per week to pay the ‘rental’ fees – all other revenue is yours.• The rental fee includes our team uploading all new adverts to your website once you have sent us the relevant information. You therefore do not need any web or graphic design skills.• We will spend two days with you explaining how we approach businesses, types of businesses, selling points, how to maximise the appointments in one day and all other information to maximise your revenue potential.• We will have a regular face to face meeting with you to discuss any problems or issues you may have and work to solve them. About you: You should have a background in sales, be approachable and personable and not be afraid of hard work. The most important quality of all is that you must be thick skinned and able to take rejection. As in any sales oriented business, there are more people saying no than there are saying yes.
