Quality Assurance :
Banco Aluminium Limited has all the necessary tools to control and maintain product quality right from raw material inspection to final product quality through various stages.
Testing :
Experienced engineers check for chemical and mechanical properties including tensile strength, electrical conductivity and elongation besides other required tests. Some of the Testing Tools used are,
1. Spectrometer for chemical analysis of elements
2. Dimension testing facility
3. Drift testing equipment
4. Electrical conductivity measuring instruments
5. Rockwell hardness testing machine
6. Webster portable hardness tester
Packing :
Materials passed by the Quality Assurance Department may be packed with stretch Wrapping film / wooden boxes or any other mode as requested. For export consignments we use sea worthy customised packing.
Warehousing :
We have state-of-the-art storage facilities for our finished products.
