Fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse looking for a career change with Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 hours! Our client manufactures dietary healthcare products. Sold exclusively via a network of consultants and not available over the counter. This is a hugely successful range of health products to generate a healthier lifestyle. Working from their Head Office, you will be there to offer healthcare advice to both the end users/customers and their team of consultants.
• Answering day to day medically related enquiries by phone and email.
• Developing internal medical systems for use within the business.
• Building a database of medical conditions relating to the use of these products.
• Minimising risk by keeping yourself abreast of current research projects.
• Providing input into other internal teams within the business from the medical prospective - this will include working alongside the PR team and Marketing department, to advise on how to promote the medical benefits.
• Responding to GP and other healthcare professionals, answering any questions/queries or complaints received.
• Develop medical training resources for in house training purposes.
• Maintain statistical data.
Candidates will ideally have a registered nurse qualification, and will have extensive experience of working in the NHS or Social Care/Public care services as a Nurse of Heath care professional.
